No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and payment has been processed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery. Reports must include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/video of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

Resolution for Damaged/Defective Items

Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Eligible Claims

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
  • Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery
  • Change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer
